Jens is one of the founders of Dexteritas and as CIO he is responsible for the investment portfolio. He has over 30 years of experience in credit, loans and special situations. Prior to the establishment of Dexteritas, Jens worked at such institutions as Bear Stearns, BNP Paribas, Crédit Lyonnais and Chase Manhattan.

Folef is one of the founders of Dexteritas. He has over 25 years of experience in the distribution of fixed income and structured products. Prior to the establishment of Dexteritas, Folef worked at such institutions such as Lloyds Bank, Société Générale, Bear Stearns and Citibank.

Raphael is one of the founders of Dexteritas. With over 30 years of experience in capital markets, he has worked at investment banks including Société Générale, UBS and Merrill Lynch. Since 2008, he has been an investor in a.o. private debt and private equity.

Marc has been working at Dexteritas since 2019 and has over 17 years of experience in financing and investments. He has prior experience in leveraged finance, private equity and special situations. Prior to joining Dexteritas, he has worked a.o. at ABN AMRO and Rabo Private Equity. Marc holds a degree from the Eindhoven University of Technology.

Chiel has been working at Dexteritas since 2022 and has over 15 years of experience in credit and lending at ABN AMRO. He has held both commercial and risk management positions, working with various client groups such as SMEs, corporate clients, restructuring, and trade finance. Chiel studied at the University of Groningen.

Jeroen joined Dexteritas in 2024 with over 6 years of experience in leveraged finance and private equity investments. Before joining Dexteritas he worked at NIBC Bank and Morpho Capital Partners. Jeroen holds a degree from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.

Rolf is an independent member of Dexteritas' investment committee. With over 30 years of experience in private debt and private equity, he has held positions such as Head of Northern Europe at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG).
